OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days, which are Saturday – Thursday (excluding public holidays).

Local Delivery

4 delivers locally in Kuwait via POSTA PLUS. Items will be delivered locally in Kuwait on the next working day if orders are placed before 4:00 pm. The customer will be liable for any sales taxes or import duties (if any) that may apply to the order.

Estimated times for local delivery in Kuwait are:

Sunday – Thursday between 8.30am and 6pm

Orders made on Thursday will be delivered on Saturday

International Delivery

GCC: Next day
Middle-East: 1-2 days
Europe: 2-3 days
USA & Canada: 3-4 days
Asia: 3-4 days

We do not accept any responsibility for delays incurred with customs.

All orders require a signature upon receipt.

4 insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by 4 and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Orders may be cancelled via email up to the time they are dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched you cannot cancel the order, but are entitled to a refund or exchange.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Although we make every effort to ensure there is sufficient stock available to customers, there is always a chance that an item has sold out. In the event that 4 does not have in stock the item you ordered, you will be notified by telephone or email. The rest of the order will be dispatched to you and the unavailable item will be deducted from the total.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, 4 are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
